St Gervais, Mont Blanc

Linked to the ski area of Megeve, St Gervais is a charming 19th century spa town. It is a beautiful place to explore with a wide variety of cafes, bars and restaurants. The town also has a night club, a casino, a theatre, 2 cinemas and an Olympic size ice rink. St. Gervais is ideally situated to explore the best that Haute Savoie has to offer.

As well as a spa town that has been around since Roman Times, St. Gervais is also a historic ski resort, operating since before World War One. Many of the current buildings date from the last century adding to its charm. Whilst St Gervais is historic, its lift structure is anything but, the lift infrastructure is very modern, including the 20-person high speed to Le Bettex (1400m) a newer slope side development better suited to those wanting doorstep skiing and night-life by lift.

St Gervais is both part of a lift-linked 445km ski region shared with Megeve and is ideally located in the centre of the huge part-linked Pays Du Mont Blanc pass area. This area covers 13 resorts including legendary Chamonix and Courmayeur in Italy, offering access to 700 km of terrain. St. Gervais' main mountain is Mont d'Arbois from where it's possible to ski down to Megeve, a chic resort with designer shops, bars, smart restaurants and nightclubs.
